CALCULATION

DESIGN
Using professional CAD/CAE/CEM and CFD software for customized design, fan performance is guaranteed.
RAW MATERIAL CUTTING
Using CNC plasma cutting machine, the size of the parts is more accurate, steel plate edge more smooth.
FORMING
Impeller cap is formed by press machine and mould, aerodynamic efficiency of the impeller is more higher.
METALWORKING
The shaft is an important part. So SIMO BLOWER’s shaft all processing and manufacturing at our factory in order to control quality.
IMPELLER WELDING
Impeller, as the core part of the fan, all by senior skilled worker welded, welding quality is more reliable.
CASING WELDING
Casing welding by skilled workers, weld line is uniform and perfect. We have rich experience and complete production conditions for production of large-scale fans.
IMPELLER FLAW DETECTION
Every welded impeller shall pass Ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure no weld defects.
IMPELLER ANNEALING
The impeller’s internal stress will be completely eliminated after 24 hours annealing,. Impeller will be more stable and safer.
IMPELLER DYNAMIC BALANCING
SIMO BLOWER execute the impeller balancing accuracy class with reference of AMCA standard, the balancing accuracy can reach to G2.0.
ASSEMBLY
Every fan in the assembly, will be adjusted and corrected meticulously.
RUNNING TEST
Every blower fan must pass the running test, and ensure the stability in running.
PERFORMANCE TESTING
Every new model product must pass the performance testing, the product will be allowed to sale and produce until can meet the designed performance.
PAINTING
After sandblasting and appearance repair, the product will be painted three layers, interval time of each painting is 12~24 hours.
PACKAGING
We can make various packaging according to the customer’s requirements.
