The function of dilution fan Dilution fan The dilution fan dilutes the ammonia gas to a certain ratio and sprays it into the flue of the reactor to prevent the mixture of ammonia gas and air from reaching an explosive ratio, thereby causing danger. Each unit is equipped with two dilution fans, one conveyor and one backup.
Dilution fan test run and chain protection
Generally, the dilution fan is designed for one operation and one backup or two operations and one backup, and the chain protection test, the dilution fan is put into operation during the boiler ignition.

The dilution fan generally uses 8-09 or 9-12 series high-pressure fans with higher pressure to ensure that the ammonia air dilution ratio is not greater than 5%.
