Introduction
Cement plant dust removal fan form
1) The fan is of single suction type. Machine number №2.8～28#
2) Each fan can be made into two forms: left-hand rotation or right-hand rotation.
3) The position of the fan outlet is expressed by the same outlet angle of the casing.
4) The fan transmission mode is A, motor direct connection mode B, C mode: belt drive
D type: coupling transmission E, F type: belt transmission
Detail introduction
Structural features of dust removal fans in cement plants
Chassis: Made of steel plate, it is strong and reliable. It can be divided into integral type and semi-open type. The semi-open type is convenient for maintenance. The fans below 14# are mostly integral type, and the fans above 14# are mostly semi-open type.
Impeller: It is welded and formed by a flat rear disc, blades and front disc.
Transmission part: It consists of main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearing and pulley (or coupling).
Air inlet: It is made of steel plates welded into a tapered shape, forming a convergent streamlined overall structure. It is installed on the side and axial direction of the fan. The cross-section is curved, which allows the gas to enter the impeller smoothly with less loss.
Adjustment door: Installed in front of the air inlet, the air volume can be adjusted while the fan speed (pressure) remains unchanged.
